Enquiries
Our contact form is provided by Tradify. When you submit an enquiry, your contact details, property details, description and any attachments are sent to OSPM through Tradify to assess and respond to your request. Send only information needed for the work. Please do not include access codes, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Website performance
This site counts page views and clicks on enquiry, telephone and WhatsApp links by page and day. This aggregate counter uses no tracking cookies or visitor identifiers and does not store IP addresses, names, full referral addresses or browsing profiles. Counts can include repeat visits and automated traffic. A contact click is not a confirmed enquiry.
Optional Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to help us understand visits, approximate locations, devices, traffic sources and clicks on telephone, WhatsApp and enquiry links. These clicks do not confirm that a call connected or an enquiry was submitted. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers or private dashboard content to Analytics. Page URLs and referring addresses are stripped of query strings before we send them.
Google Analytics stays off until you accept. You can reject it without affecting the website, or withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer. We remember your choice for up to six months. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 90 days; the Analytics property retains user and event detail for 14 months, with the user-retention period renewed on further activity. Aggregated reports may be retained for longer. Browser privacy signals keep our analytics off. Our legal basis for optional analytics is consent.
Google processes analytics information to provide the service, which may involve processing outside the UK under its applicable data-protection terms. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Contact us using the details below to exercise your information rights or raise a concern; you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Other services
Hosting providers may process request information to operate and secure the website. The Tradify form, WhatsApp, Google Fonts and ChatGPT sign-in operate under their own service terms and privacy information. The private dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in and is restricted to the authorised site administrator.
